外科的切除 – 内容物を絞り出すだけでは再発しやすいため、完全な切除が必要です。痛みを伴う病変や感染が疑われる場合は、抗生物質で治療します。
○ 治療 ― OTC 医薬品
患部を頻繁に触ると炎症を起こすことがあります。1 cm を超える炎症性病変の多くは、外来での外科的治療が必要です。小さな炎症性病変の場合は、市販の抗生物質で様子を見ることができます。ただし、表皮嚢胞にステロイド軟膏は使用しないでください。
